Do I need design experience?
No. The planned experience starts with a collection of elements and text options, so you can build from a starting point rather than a blank canvas.
Will every product have the same customisation options?
No. Available elements, colours and placement areas depend on the product and its printing or engraving method. Each product page will explain its options.
Can I create a gift?
That’s part of the idea. Choose words and elements that mean something to the person you’re making it for. Gift packaging and delivery options will be listed only where available.
Where can I check shipping and returns?
