Every Healthy Soul Awareness piece is created with care and produced on demand. This reduces unnecessary stock, but it also means your order moves through a short production stage before it is dispatched.
Production and dispatch
- Most products are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipping.
- Production time can vary by product, fulfilment centre, availability and seasonal demand.
- The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after production and remains an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Where we deliver
We deliver to supported destinations shown at checkout. Availability depends on the product, production partner, carrier and delivery address.
Orders to Middle Eastern destinations are placed on hold for a manual review before production. We check product availability, the full address, carrier options, expected delivery time, customs considerations and the final shipping cost. If the selected product or method is unavailable, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer an alternative or refund where appropriate.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the destination, product type, parcel size, weight and available carrier. Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate parcels and may have separate shipping charges.
Delivery estimates
Estimated transit times appear at checkout where available. Delays may occur because of customs, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote-area delivery or unusually high order volumes. These events are outside our direct control, but we will help you investigate a delayed shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan. Some local or economy services may provide limited tracking.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the fulfilment region may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or local taxes. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs processing can extend the delivery time.
Address changes and failed delivery
Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. Once production or dispatch has started, an address change may no longer be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged where legally permitted.
Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us promptly at team@healthysawarness.com. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights for defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
