Payment & security
How payments are processed and the practical measures used to protect checkout data.
Reviewed 6 September 2026
Checkout should feel calm and clear. This page explains how available payment methods are shown, how payment providers handle transactions, and what to do if a payment or refund needs attention.
1. Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Depending on your device, billing country, currency and the selected provider, these may include major debit or credit cards and supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
A method shown on an older page, advertisement or screenshot is not guaranteed to remain available. The checkout display is the current source of truth.
2. Currency and final amount
Prices are shown in the store currency and applicable VAT is included or identified as required. Shipping charges and any other costs collected by us are displayed before you place the order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or fees.
3. Payment authorisation and order confirmation
When you place an order, the payment provider may authorise, reserve or collect the amount according to the selected method. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not override the contract-formation rules in our Terms and Conditions.
4. Secure payment processing
Checkout pages use encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment credentials are submitted to the selected payment provider through its secure systems. Healthy Soul Awareness does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Payment providers may apply authentication and security controls, including 3-D Secure, device checks and fraud screening.
5. Failed, declined or pending payments
A payment may be declined or remain pending because of bank limits, incorrect billing details, authentication failure, provider checks or a temporary technical issue. Check the entered details, follow any verification request from your provider, or try another method shown at checkout.
Do not send complete card details, passwords or verification codes to us by email or through the contact form.
6. Duplicate or unfamiliar charges
A pending bank authorisation can sometimes appear separately from a completed charge and may disappear automatically. If you believe you were charged twice or do not recognise a transaction, contact your payment provider promptly and email us with the order number, date and amount—never with full card details.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless the law or provider requires another route. After we issue a refund, the time until it appears depends on the payment provider and your bank. Your statutory rights and the conditions for returns and remedies are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal.
8. Privacy and fraud prevention
We and the payment provider process the data needed to complete the transaction, meet accounting duties, prevent fraud and handle disputes. More information about purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Need help?
For a payment question, contact team@healthysawarness.com and include your order number and a short description of the issue. Please do not include passwords, one-time codes or complete card information.
