1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, and Apple Pay for secure and easy transactions.

 

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is in production, we cannot make changes.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Shipping times depend on Printful’s processing time, your location, and global events. On average:

  • EU & UK: 5-10 business days
  • Other locations: Varies based on the shipping provider

Currently, we ship to European Union countries and the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Delays can occur due to seasonal demand, customs processing, or global events. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.

Since we work with Printful, we only offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received

If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the product.

Refunds are available only for defective or incorrect products. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer-ordered wrong size or design
  • Shipping delays out of our control

We ensure high-quality printing, but colors may slightly vary due to screen display settings.

To maintain the quality of your printed items:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Turn garments inside out
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
