Terms and Conditions

Terms for purchases from the Healthy Soul Awareness online store.

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to orders placed with Healthy Soul Awareness – Hind Ibrahim Aloufi. Consumers and business customers receive the protections applicable to their status.

2. Products and print-on-demand fulfilment

Many products are printed only after an order and may be fulfilled by Printful or another disclosed third-party supplier. Product images are illustrative; reasonable colour and placement differences may occur because of screens and production methods.

3. Contract formation

Product presentation is an invitation to order. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it. We may reject an order for availability, pricing, sanctions, delivery or fraud concerns and will return any payment due.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and applicable VAT are shown in the shop; delivery and import costs are shown or described before checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment processing is provided by the selected payment provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Middle East orders are held for a manual availability, address, carrier and customs review before fulfilment. See Shipping & Delivery.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for non-personalised goods. The exception applies only where goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised—not merely because an item is printed on demand. 7. Defects and statutory warranty

German and EU statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected. For a wrong, damaged or defective item, we may first provide a lawful remedy such as replacement at no extra charge. A price reduction or refund remains available where required by law, including if cure fails, is refused or is unreasonable.

8. Liability

We do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, guarantees, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. For slight negligence, liability is limited only as permitted by German law.

9. Law and disputes

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
