B2B Terms

Additional terms for customers acting in the course of business.

1. Business customers only

These B2B Terms apply only to entrepreneurs within §14 BGB or equivalent entities acting for commercial or independent professional purposes. The consumer withdrawal right does not apply to B2B purchases.

2. Orders and fulfilment

Orders are binding subject to our acceptance, availability and compliance review. Print-on-demand goods may be produced by third-party suppliers. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Inspection and defects

Merchants must inspect goods and notify apparent defects without undue delay as required by §377 HGB where applicable. Mandatory defect rights remain. We may choose the form of cure within the limits of law; further remedies follow if cure fails.

4. Prices, VAT and invoices

Prices are shown with or without VAT as stated. A VAT exemption or reverse-charge treatment applies only where all legal requirements are met and a valid VAT ID is supplied and validated. Customer-provided tax data must be accurate.

5. Liability and law

Liability is not limited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability or guarantees. Otherwise liability is limited only as permitted by German law. German law applies; an exclusive venue may be agreed where legally permitted.
