Introduction
There is a lot of noise today around spirituality.
Everyone is talking about healing.
Energy.
Awakening.
Raising your vibration.
But the more I observed,
the more I felt something was missing.
Not because spirituality is wrong.
But because the way it is presented today often feels… disconnected from reality.
What Awareness Really Means
To me, awareness is not something you perform.
It is not something you show.
It is something you live.
It is the ability to see yourself clearly.
To notice your thoughts.
To understand your reactions.
To recognize your patterns without escaping them.
Awareness is quiet.
It does not need to prove itself.
The Problem with Trendy Spirituality
Today, spirituality is often presented as:
- Aesthetic rituals
- Constant positivity
- External practices that promise quick transformation
But awareness is not something you collect.
It is not something you decorate your life with.
And it is not something that depends on how many rituals you perform.
Why I Don’t Believe in Ritual Dependency
I do not believe that repeating rituals automatically raises awareness.
Because awareness is not built outside of you.
You can light candles.
You can journal.
You can meditate.
But if you are still avoiding your truth,
nothing really changes.
Awareness begins when you stop escaping yourself.
A Simpler Way to See Spirituality
I believe in simplicity.
I believe in humility.
I believe that true spiritual awareness does not need complexity.
It shows in:
- how you treat yourself
- how you respond to life
- how honest you are with your inner world
Not in how spiritual you appear.
What True Spiritual Maturity Looks Like
Someone who is truly aware will not:
- make others depend on them emotionally
- make others depend on them mentally
- make others depend on them energetically
Because real awareness empowers.
It does not control.
It does not create attachment.
It does not build invisible dependence.
My Perspective on the Spiritual World
I do believe in the spiritual world.
I believe there is more beyond what we see.
But I do not follow it the way trends present it.
I do not follow influencers.
I do not follow gurus.
I do not follow performative spirituality.
Because I believe awareness is personal.
It is not something you copy.
It is something you discover.
Closing Reflection
Spiritual awareness is not about becoming someone special.
It is about becoming honest.
It is not about escaping life.
It is about seeing it clearly.
And most importantly,
it is not about appearing awakened.
It is about being aware.
